Cancellation Policy
Short-notice cancellations and no-shows have a significant effect on business, please be thoughtful, and call as soon as possible so that the time slot can potentially be filled by someone else.

Gift Certificates
The sale of gift certificates is currently suspended.

Forms of Payment
I accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and insurance with a doctor's prescription.

Insurance
In most cases, for massage to be covered by insurance, your policy will need to be verified prior to your appointment and the deductible will need to have been met in order to qualify for insurance rates. I and all other massage therapists that do not work in a doctor's office are considered out-of-network providers by BC/BS.

Refer-a-Friend Program
Refer a friend to me, and both you and your friend will receive $5.00 off your next one-hour massage. This applies to spouses and significant others as well. This does not apply to gift certificate recipients. However, once the recipient comes back for another one-hour session, after redeeming their gift certificate, the $5.00 offer applies to you both.

Hours of Operation
Appointments are available throughout the week from Tuesday through Saturday. These days are subject to change. Morning, afternoon and early evening hours. Please call for specific times. I will try to accommodate short-notice appointments.

Respecting the Hawaiian tradition, lomilomi is only performed during daylight hours. The evening hours are for rest for both the lomilomi dancer (the practitioner) and the one receiving the dance (the seeker of healing). For those interested in the Transformational Lomilomi, three concurrent appointments will be scheduled on either the morning or early afternoons of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Coming from University Avenue, go north on NW 6^th Street. Go through light at 16^th Avenue. First driveway on the right, east side of street. Green house with Asian-inspired sign out front. Parking available in the lot alongside of and behind building.
