I graduated in 1997 from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City, the oldest massage school in the country. The curriculum included Swedish massage, medical massage and shiatsu. Since my initial training, I have thoroughly enjoyed learning many different bodywork styles and techniques including myofascial therapy, orthopedic massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, prenatal massage, lomilomi from Hawai’i, Cherokee Bodywork as well as the more subtle energetic and vibrational modalities of aromatherapy, CranioSacral, Healing Touch, and reiki. I am interested in the Edgar Cayce health readings and remedies and I have extensive training in the intuitive arts. I am a Professional member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and a Nationally Certified massage therapist. I am licensed in Florida and New York.
